Dr. Samson Ashine
Dr Samson Ashine is an interventional radiologist/Neuroradiologist currently working as an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Saint Paul Hospital Millennium Medical College, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. As an interventional neuroradiologist with more than a decade and a half of medical practice, Dr. Ashine is well suited to diagnose and manage different neurological and vascular disorders with the help of imaging and minimally invasive techniques. His specialization in interventional radiology makes him perform more precise procedures, including angiography, stenting operations, and embolization since they involve less invasion and patients take less time to heal. His work in radiology shows that he is tenacious and passionate about healing and positive changes in treatment.
In an academic capacity, therefore, Dr Ashine has the mandate to train and mentor aspiring radiologists. As an Assistant Professor, he teaches medicine in theory and clinical practice and provides extensive training to medical learners and residents. In addition, involvement in research and writing articles in scholarly journals also enhances the academic experience of Saint Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College. Dr. Ashine has done a tremendous educational and clinical job in advancing radiology in Ethiopia and enhancing positive patient results.
