Dr. Andualem Deneke

Dr. Andualem Deneke Beyene is a urologist and surgeon at the College of Health Sciences, Addis Ababa University (AAU). He has over 15 years of experience in this domain and is trained in all aspects of clinical surgery. His expertise in urologic stone diseases is unrivalled in Ethiopia. Using his surgical prowess, Dr. Deneke has helped thousands of patients with urinary health issues.
Dr. Deneke completed his subspecialty in urology from AAU in 2011. He underwent fellowship training and acquired FCS before becoming a consultant urologist. Dr. Deneke’s steady growth and experience in urology led him to achieve the top ranks in the medical community. He became the Secretary General of the Surgical Society of Ethiopia (SSE) and then the representative from Ethiopia for the College of Surgeons of East, Central, and Southern Africa (COSECSA). Besides, his numerous research work in the field of urologic surgery has been published in leading global journals.
